MAU Yola Celebrates Graduation of 5,492 Students with 53 First-Class Honours
During the recent 28th Convocation ceremony at Modibbo Adama University in Yola, a total of 5,545 students successfully completed their academic programs across various disciplines.
Among them, 53 students achieved first-class honors, while 1,143 attained second class upper, 2,376 secured second class lower, 682 obtained third-class, and 28 were awarded pass degrees.
University Vice Chancellor, Professor Abdullahi Tukur, shared these statistics during the event, highlighting that the graduating cohort included 5,545 candidates, comprising 458 diploma holders and 4,282 Bachelor's degree recipients.
Furthermore, 41 graduates will receive post-graduate diplomas, 630 will be awarded Master's degrees, and 134 will be conferred with Ph.Ds.
