The defending champions will wrap up the group stage with a game against Togo at the Accra Stadium on May 22.
The tournament will commence with the host nation Ghana facing Cote d’Ivoire on Wednesday, May 15.
The top two teams in the tournament will secure a spot to represent the zone at the Africa Cup U-17 Cup of Nations.
