Omoyele Sowore has recounted a story about a Nigerian man who, reportedly, spent 10 weeks in detention for using a phone line previously owned and discarded by President Buhari’s daughter, Hanan.   According to a friend of the arrested man, Anthony Chude Okolie, he unknowingly purchased the new SIM card from a store without knowing the previous owner.
