Ogun State Governor calls for partnership between Royal Institute of British Architects and Ogun tertiary institutions
Encouraging collaboration between the Royal Institute of British Architects and tertiary institutions in Ogun State, Governor Dapo Abiodun has proposed the introduction of architecture as a course of study.
In a meeting with the President of the Royal Institute of British Architects, Mr. Muyiwa Oki, Governor Abiodun urged the Nigerians Institute of Architecture (NIA) to organize a competition that would inspire architecture students across the country to enhance their skills and contribute to national development.
During the discussion held at his office in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Governor Abiodun praised Mr. Muyiwa Oki for his remarkable achievement as the youngest and first black President of the prestigious institute at the age of 32.
