Woman in Enugu Gives Birth in Kidnappers’ Hideout

On her way to the hospital for delivery, a pregnant woman was abducted and reportedly gave birth in the kidnappers’ hideout in Egede, Udi local government area of Enugu State. Last Monday, the woman delivered a healthy baby boy in the forest where she was held captive. Identified as Chinwendu Igwe, the woman was accompanied by her two young children, aged between two and four years, during the abduction.
