Presidency announces Tinubu’s scheduled return to Nigeria on Wednesday

A statement by the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed that President Bola Tinubu is set to return to Nigeria from his recent trip to Europe on Wednesday.

Onanuga, through his X handle, revealed this news on Tuesday.

“Tomorrow, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his team will be back in Nigeria from their trip to Europe,” Onanuga affirmed.

Tinubu embarked on his official visit to the Kingdom of The Netherlands from Abuja on April 22, as previously reported by NewsNow.

According to Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale, the President’s visit to The Netherlands was at the invitation of Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

Following his engagements in The Netherlands, Tinubu proceeded to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to participate in a special World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting from April 28 to 29.

His return to the country was anticipated after the forum in Saudi Arabia.

However, Tinubu’s delayed return from his European trip has sparked speculation about his current location.
