– Possess strong interviewing skills and the ability to engage with local figures for content creation.
– Adhere to company editorial guidelines and collaborate effectively with editors.
– Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Have a knack for sourcing reliable reports and analyzing grassroots activities, from community health to education and beyond.
