Ancelotti’s thoughts on Bayern Munich before Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid clash

The manager of Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, has issued a warning to his team about the potential threat of Bayern Munich ahead of the first leg of the Champions League semi-final on Tuesday.

Ancelotti emphasized that Bayern Munich’s underwhelming performance in the domestic league should not be underestimated.

Having lost the Bundesliga title for the first time since 2012, Bayern Munich is also facing the departure of manager Thomas Tuchel at the end of the season.

Although Real Madrid is considered the favorite to advance to the Champions League final at Wembley, Ancelotti urged his players to remain vigilant and not be complacent.

“We are gearing up to face a formidable opponent with a wide range of strengths.

“While we are confident and optimistic, we must also show respect to Bayern Munich. Despite their less impressive season in the Bundesliga, their exceptional performance against Arsenal highlights the caliber of this team.

“They excel in transitioning play, can adapt their tactics effectively, and pose a significant threat. Our primary objective is to maintain focus and secure our spot in the final,” Ancelotti expressed during a press briefing on Monday.
