For the upcoming 2024 WAFU B U-17 Championship, a total of 51 players have received invitations to participate in the Golden Eaglets open training camp in Abuja.

Prior to the competition hosted by Ghana, the final squad size is likely to be reduced.
The WAFU tournament is scheduled to kick off on May 17.
Having emerged victorious in the sub-regional final against Burkina Faso in Ghana two years ago, the Golden Eaglets are the defending champions.
This event will also act as a qualifier for the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
