With this feat, Palmer now finds himself on par with his former City teammate Erling Haaland.
Haaland, on the other hand, achieved his 20th goal during Manchester City’s 5-1 triumph over Luton Town just last Saturday.
Another notable scorer, Ollie Watkins, reached his 19th goal in the campaign by netting against Arsenal, securing a 2-0 win on Sunday. This places him two goals ahead of Mohamed Salah, who drew a blank against Crystal Palace.
