41 Internet Fraudsters in Anambra Sentenced to Jail by Court

Convicted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), 41 internet fraudsters have been sentenced to one year in prison each, with the option of paying a fine of N100,000.00. These judgments were pronounced by the Federal High Court in Onitsha, Anambra State, under the oversight of Judges S. M Shuaibu and Hauwa Inuwa. After pleading guilty to various charges such as obtaining money under false pretenses, possessing fraudulent documents, impersonation, and aiding in committing offenses, the individuals were incarcerated.
