It has been confirmed that Anthony Donwa, the goalkeeper coach of Rangers, will now serve in the same position for the Nigeria U-17 team, also known as the Golden Eaglets.
Donwa is set to collaborate with the seasoned tactician Manu Garba, who took on his role two weeks back.
Rangers expressed their delight at his appointment via their official social media handle.
Extending their congratulations, the club posted, “Coach, congratulations on being named the goalkeeper coach for Nigeria’s U-17 team. We are truly proud of you.”
The Nigeria U-17 squad is currently gearing up for the upcoming WAFU B U-17 Championship scheduled for next month in Ghana.
