Italian medical chief, Roberto Stella dies from coronavirus

Italian medical chief, Roberto Stella, has tragically succumbed to the coronavirus, according to reports. The 67-year-old president of the Medical Guild of Varese, who previously headed the medical association in the northern Italian region, passed away on Tuesday night in Como. He was hospitalized due to respiratory failure caused by the virus. His death was confirmed in a statement by Italy’s National Federation of Doctors and General Practitioners. Silvestro Scotti, national secretary of the federation, paid tribute to Stella, describing him as "the example of the capability and hard work of family doctors."
