Indian Authorities Detain Nigerian Man for One Year Without Bail on Five Drug Peddling Cases

In a historic move, the Bengaluru City Police have applied the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, which allows for one-year detention without bail, to a suspected Nigerian drug peddler.
