Embarking on a journey to the United Kingdom, Nollywood legend Zack Orji is undergoing a post-surgery checkup.
The renowned actor, celebrated for his stellar performances in numerous Nigerian films, was seen at the airport prior to his departure, with images of his travels circulating online on Friday.
Previous reports had mentioned Zack Orji having undergone two successful brain surgeries and now needing further assessment abroad.
In an interview, Emeka Rollas, the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, confirmed this update, dispelling false rumors spread on social media about the actor’s demise.
Rollas encouraged the public to disregard such misinformation and assured everyone that Zack Orji is alive and in good health.
Zack Orji’s health journey began when he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the National Hospital in Abuja on New Year’s Eve.
