The Court upholds Ganduje’s suspension from APC
Following a verdict from the Kano State High Court, Abdullahi Ganduje’s suspension as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been confirmed.
An exparte order was granted by the court on Wednesday, also prohibiting Ganduje from portraying himself as a party member.
