News has surfaced suggesting that Cesare Casadei is ready to part ways with Chelsea by the end of the season. According to transfer expert Nicolo Schira (via Tribal Football), three Serie A clubs are reportedly in competition to secure the signature of the talented Italian midfielder.
After joining Chelsea from Inter Milan in 2022, Casadei’s journey has been filled with loan stints. His first loan spell took him to Reading in January 2023, followed by another move to Leicester City this past summer.
However, a significant turning point came when Chelsea decided to recall Casadei from Leicester in January, potentially altering his path within the club.
Despite being back with the Blues, opportunities have been limited for the 21-year-old since his return, with just three brief appearances in the Premier League under the guidance of manager Mauricio Pochettino.
