Veteran entertainer, Charles Oputa, also known as Charly Boy, has voiced his opinion on the current controversy surrounding the 2023 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) result of Anambra pupil, Mmesome Ejikeme.
The board has accused Ejikeme of falsifying her result and subsequently imposed a three-year ban on her. In a recent statement, the board also declared the withdrawal of her result. Mmesoma has vehemently denied the allegations.
Weighing in on the issue, Charly Boy expressed skepticism regarding JAMB’s assertions, and urged for Mmesoma’s exam script to be reassessed by an independent entity.
“JAMB must produce her paper for an external body to remark. I don’t trust the mark they claim they awarded her right now. JAMB has ended up making the young girl popular and the girl on the other hand exposed JAMB’s corruption & ineptitude just like INEC.” he wrote on Twitter
