An Abuja resident identified as Evelyn Chinwendu Ejike (nee Ogechukwu Osita) lost her life in a tragic gas explosion incident last week. The pregnant mother of two was reportedly using her phone while cooking when the explosion occurred. She sustained 90% burns and passed away while receiving treatment at the hospital.
Following the devastating news, friends and well-wishers took to Facebook to express their condolences. Ujunwa Joy wrote, “I still can’t believe you are no more. Rip ogechukwu osita.”
