Anambra State Govt. Reacts To The Marriage Of An Ozubulu Man To Underaged Girl The Anambra State Government has reacted to the news of an underaged girl who allegedly got married to an Ozubulu man. According to the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs on Sunday, it received a complaint about the marriage involving a girl from Ihiala identified as Chinwe, and a man from Ozubulu, Mr Izuchukwu Igwilo.
