Legal Action Initiated by Binance Executives against NSA Ribadu and EFCC

Among recent developments, the detained Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, has taken legal steps against the National Security Adviser, NSA Nuhu Ribadu, and the Economic Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Gambaryan’s lawsuit claims that Ribadu and the EFCC violated his fundamental rights, as per the initiating motion filed on March 18 by his legal representative, Olujoke Aliyu, at the Aluko and Oyebode Law Firm.

In the same vein, Nadeem Anjarwalla, the Africa regional manager for Binance who managed to escape lawful custody on March 22, also filed a separate suit for right enforcement before Justice Ekwo.
