10-Year Prison Sentence for Former Porn Star’s Involvement in Murder Case

The sentencing of a former porn star has been announced by prosecutors for her involvement in the shooting death of a man whose body was discovered in a makeshift grave in Florida.

Lauren Wambles, known by her porn alias Aubrey Gold, has been given a 10-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to one count of accessory to second-degree murder. She was part of a group of three individuals responsible for the killing of Raul Ambriz Guillen, aged 51, on July 4, 2020.

It was the 14th Circuit State Attorney’s Office that found Guillen’s body in Holmes County almost two months after the murder. The discovery initiated a thorough investigation involving multiple agencies, resulting in murder charges against Wambles and her co-defendants, William Parker and Jeremie Peters.

Parker, who is accused of the shooting, is awaiting trial on a charge of second-degree murder. Meanwhile, Peters underwent a jury trial in June and was convicted of accessory after the fact to second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree tampering with a witness. He was subsequently sentenced to 20 years in prison.

The exact motive behind the killing remains unclear, but authorities suspect a drug-related involvement.
