EFCC brings two Chinese individuals to court for alleged illegal mining

Facing charges before a Federal High Court in Ilorin are two Chinese nationals, Duan Ya Hong and Xiao Yi, alongside their company Ebuy Concept Limited. The accusations against them revolve around alleged illegal mining activities in Kwara State.

According to the post, “In detail, the defendants were arraigned on a single count concerning the possession of solid minerals without a license and the non-payment of royalties to the Federal Government as stipulated by law.”
