After securing bail, Cubana Chief Priest declares, ‘I am not small’


Following his release on a N10 million bail and pleading not guilty to alleged naira abuse, socialite Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, has spoken out about the issue.

Cubana Chief Priest was brought before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on a three-count charge related to Naira abuse, as reported by NewsNow.

He was granted bail by the court, with the condition of N10 million and two sureties in like sum. The sureties are required to be gainfully employed by the federal or state government, holding a position not below grade level 16.

Expressing gratitude to his supporters on Instagram after his bail, Cubana Chief Priest acknowledged that his situation proves he is not insignificant.

He confidently asserted his financial status, stating, “Appreciating all the messages and love. Feeling very humbled by the support. It’s now evident that CP is no small player. Money flows like water.”
