UEFA is preparing a criminal complaint against the president of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, for alleged unfair management of his project to create the subsidiary FIFA FORWARD ENTERPRISE (FFE) to market its competitions with the entry of private capital, and which he later paralyzed due to strong criticism.
According to a document dated this Thursday, the European organization has requested authorization from a United States court to have access to documents related to the project, for their transfer to Swiss justice.
