The authorities of Nepal have raised this Friday to almost 470 the fatalities of the flood that occurred this Wednesday after the strong flooding of the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa, a mountainous district near the border with Tibet, in China. Specifically, there are 469 dead as a result of the devastating events, as reported online by the Nepalese Police, which has located most of the bodies recovered in the districts of Chitwan and Nawalparasi: 178 and 110, respectively.
At the moment, there are a total of 1,545 injured people who have been rescued. Of them, practically all are distributed between the districts of Nuwakit (898) and Rasuwa (644). Sources in the country have also indicated that 28 agents are still missing, while almost 4,350 remain deployed in the affected areas.
