Granit Xhaka, currently playing for Bayer Leverkusen, expressed his confidence in Arsenal’s ability to clinch the Premier League trophy.
Arsenal is currently positioned second in the league standings, trailing Manchester City by just two points.
Xhaka, in a message to his former colleagues, is optimistic about their chances in the remaining five matches of the season.
In an interview with the UK Mirror, Xhaka said, “In football, a single loss amid a streak of 10 or 11 unbeaten games doesn’t signify defeat. With six games remaining in the season, Arsenal still has a significant opportunity to secure the Premier League title.”
He added, “While Arsenal is on the verge of success this year, similar to the previous season, the outcome often hinges on subtle nuances. My hope is that they can emerge victorious this time.”
