Victor Osimhen’s Future Hangs on a Single Club According to Transfer Expert

A recent revelation by agent and French football pundit, Oscar Damiani, suggests that Victor Osimhen may have limited options for his future destination, with one club standing out as a strong contender.

Among the top clubs vying for Osimhen’s signature, Ligue 1 powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain appears to be in the lead, garnering attention from other interested parties such as Chelsea and Arsenal in the Premier League.

While Chelsea has shown interest, their ability to make a significant financial commitment hinges on their capacity to offload some players to adhere to the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations of the Premier League.

Damiani believes that PSG has a strategic advantage in the pursuit of Osimhen, citing the favorable relationship between the French club and Napoli. Additionally, PSG’s transfer expert Luís Campos previously collaborated with Osimhen during their time at Lille, further enhancing PSG’s position.

With a release clause set at 130 million euros, PSG is reportedly keen on securing Osimhen’s services during the upcoming transfer window.

Expressing Osimhen’s unique value, Damiani emphasized, “Osimhen, however, is irreplaceable: only play can give something more to the team, but individually you can’t find anyone else like him.” He also pondered on the potential role of Osimhen as Kylian Mbappé’s successor at PSG.

Considering the financial constraints of acquiring Osimhen, Damiani pointed out, “there aren’t many teams that can afford him, so it’s clear that Paris is among the few candidates that they would have the ability to purchase him.”
