Injury has ruled out Oussamma Chita, Salim Boukhenchouche, Ismail Belkacemi, Brahim Benzaza, and team captain Zinedine Belaid from participating in the game.
The USMA squad has already arrived in Uyo ahead of the fixture.
Prior to Sunday’s showdown at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, the defending champions will have a chance to familiarize themselves with the venue on Saturday.
Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 2 pm local time.
The return leg is set to take place in Algiers the following Sunday.
