Kaduna’s Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has informed the residents of Mando, Tsamiya, Kauya, and Afaka general areas to remain calm in anticipation of its scheduled shooting practice.
According to a statement released by the NDA Public Relations Officer, Maj. Mohammed Maidawa, the exercise is designated for the Army cadets of the 73 and 74 Regular Courses.
The shooting drills are scheduled to take place from April 18 to April 20 and then from April 26 to April 27.
The army affirmed, “The NDA has implemented all necessary safety precautions to ensure the successful execution of the exercise.”
As a cautionary measure, the general public is urged not to enter the designated area during the exercise period, as outlined by the army.
