Warri, Delta State witnessed a heartbreaking event as a 34-year-old woman, known as Blessing, tragically ingested a hazardous substance believed to be Sniper, a lethal insecticide, leading to her untimely death. The reason behind her decision to take her own life remains unclear.
Ejiro, a close friend of the deceased, mentioned that Blessing resorted to such extreme measure due to battling depression. Ejiro shared, “She purchased and consumed Sniper secretly. Before doing so, she left a note beside her lifeless body expressing her state of depression and feeling of neglect by family and friends.”
The deceased has already been laid to rest by her grieving family members.
