Tinubu Reaches Abuja From Guinea-Bissau


Abuja witnessed the return of President Bola Tinubu on Monday evening, following a two-day official trip to Bissau, the capital of Guinea-Bissau. He attended the 63rd Ordinary Session of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

The Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja welcomed President Tinubu’s arrival at approximately 6:30pm, as he disembarked from the NAF 001 Boeing 737 jet.

During his stay in Bissau, the President received unanimous acclaim as the new Chairman of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS.
