The European Union Council has given the green light to the formal incorporation of Bulgaria to the Eurozonesetting the date of currency change for the January 1, 2026. The conversion rate is established in 1 euro = 1.95583 camwhich corresponds to the central type in force in the exchange rate mechanism (ERM II) since July 2020.
