Two trains collided in Denmark early this Thursday, leaving between five and ten people injured, according to local emergency services.

The incident occurred north of Copenhagen, on a train line that connects the cities of Hillerød and Kagerup, as reported by the police in a statement. “Two suburban trains have collided head-on,” a spokesman for the fire department told Reuters, adding that there were “injuries” among the passengers, although everyone was able to get out of the convoys: “Everyone has gotten out of the trains, so no one is trapped. Numerous resources have been sent to the scene of the accident.”
