Encouragement has been given to Wikki Tourists players to put in their best efforts in the pursuit of claiming the 2024 President Federation Cup championship.
Mohammed Auwal Gotel, Chairman of Bauchi Elephants, delivered the motivational message to the players following their Round of 64 match against Junior Danburam.
Gotel mentioned that clinching the title would be a form of solace for the team after missing out on the Nigeria National League Super Eight playoff qualification.
He expressed confidence that through unwavering dedication and perseverance, the team can reach their objective.
“The aim is to secure the trophy, and as the primary participants, your role is crucial to our success,” he communicated to the club’s media representatives.
“With resolve, dedication, and focus, you have the capability to achieve this goal, and we, as Management, are fully committed to providing our support,” he added.
Wikki Tourists emerged victorious with a commanding 5-0 win over Junior Danburam during the Round of 64 showdown held on Wednesday.
