Gunmen attack Catholic Seminary school in Kaduna, abducts 4 seminarians

The Catholic Seminary school in Kaduna was attacked by gunmen who abducted four seminarians. The incident occurred at the Catholic Good Shepherd Major Seminary, Kakau, along the Kaduna-Abuja road. The Registrar of the school, Rev. Fr. (Dr) Joel Usman, confirmed the abduction, stating that armed bandits stormed the school between 10.30pm and 11pm. "Good Shepherd Major Seminary was attacked by armed bandits between 10.30 and 11pm. After a headcount of students with security agents, four seminarians have been declared missing. Kindly say a prayer for their release," Usman said. The police have been informed, and investigations are underway. An image of the article can be seen below.

Police arrest suspected killers of Moradeun Balogun, lady who was stabbed in Lagos

The authorities in Lagos have captured four suspects, Ugochukwu Udochukwu, Chidiebere Nnanna, Samuel Nnanna and David Obi, for the fatal stabbing of Moradeun Balogun, a lady who was attacked while returning from work on Monday, November 2nd, 2019. Moradeun, who was getting ready for her wedding, was assaulted by the culprits as she was making her way home with her laptop. The perpetrators took advantage of her vulnerability as she had her laptop strapped on her back; she was attacked in the Gbagada area of Lagos state, specifically around the NCIE bus stop. A mother in North Korea is at risk of imprisonment for rescuing her two children from a house fire and allowing portraits of the country's former leaders to perish in the process.   The woman is under investigation by the country's Ministry of State Security following a fire incident in Onsong County, North Hamgyong Province. The fire occurred in a home shared by two families near the Chinese border.   During the incident, both sets of parents were out, but upon noticing smoke, they hurried back to save their families. Police kill 2 notorious kidnappers after fierce gun duel, rescue 14-year-old victim in Katsina forest

An intense gun battle in the Katsina forest resulted in the death of two well-known kidnappers and the liberation of a 14-year-old victim by the operatives of the Operation Puff Adder of the Katsina State Police Command. SP Isah Gambo, the spokesperson of the command, confirmed the successful rescue of Lantana Haruna, who had been abducted 18 days prior at Tashar Mai Alewa village, Danmusa LGA. The kidnappers, identified as Gambo Balejo and Ali Dan Maishago, were fatally shot during the confrontation at their hideout in the Jigawar Sawai forest. The joint rescue operation, which also involved repentant bandits, led to the elimination of the notorious criminals. The police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
