The clergyman’s assertion in the video, which was posted on his verified Instagram handle, emphasized the belief that those who dwell in the secret place of the most high shall be protected under the shadow of the Almighty. Nigerians have expressed their discontent over his remarks, arguing that it is unfair to insinuate that individuals currently infected by the virus are not under God’s protection.
