New Executive Joins Boucles Africa

Announcing a recent development, Boucles Africa Limited, a marcomms company, revealed the appointment of Mojisola Saka as the inaugural chief engagement and experience officer.

Effective April, Saka brings her expertise to the role after an accomplished 13-year term as the chief operating officer at SoulComms, the strategic communications and engagement arm of the SO&U Group.

Boasting over two decades of experience across various sectors including advertising, marketing, banking, communications, and business management, Saka’s career journey commenced in 2003 as a client account executive at Prex Advertising.

Transitioning to Exp Nigeria, she excelled in brand activations and led impactful marketing campaigns before joining First Bank of Nigeria as a relationship manager, contributing significantly to the bank’s growth and profitability.

Saka’s tenure at SoulComms began in October 2010 as an account director of Activations & Events, ultimately ascending to the COO position in February 2011 where she guided the agency to sustained growth.

Recognized as a seasoned “ideator,” Saka is known for various initiatives such as Kreative Direct Africa, Great Merriment, and Election Card, a platform advocating for good governance and accountability in public service.

Aside from her professional achievements, Saka is also dedicated to volunteer work and self-improvement, with a strong educational background.

Engaged in national development causes, she actively volunteered with organizations like the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and Masjid 1001 Initiative.

Moreover, she led the “Give Love” initiative at SO&U Group and supported communication efforts for causes like Special Olympics of Nigeria, Slum Art Foundation, and Leap Africa, emphasizing women’s empowerment and gender equality,” the company’s statement concluded.
