Season 33 Survivor

Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X was the 33rd season of the CBS reality show, with ten new castaways divided into two tribes based on their generational backgrounds: Gen X (born 1963-1982) and Millennials (born 1984-1997, excluding 1983 births). This season, which premiered on September 21, 2016, was only the third instance of tribe division by age, following Survivor: Panama and Survivor: Nicaragua. Filmed in Fiji, it was the second season to feature this location after Survivor: Fiji.

Severe Tropical Cyclone Zena posed an unusual challenge, resulting in a full cast evacuation on the second day. Despite this setback, the contestants returned to their camps the following morning, and the game proceeded without further disruptions. The season concluded on December 14, 2016, with Adam Klein unanimously earning the title of Sole Survivor, triumphing over Ken McNickle and Hannah Shapiro in a jury vote of 10–0–0.
