According to Everton defender Ashley Young, Manchester City could end up as Premier League champions if they capitalize on their game in hand.
Arsenal currently leads the table with 83 points, just one ahead of City’s tally.
While Arsenal only has two matches remaining, Pep Guardiola’s squad still has three games to play.
This coming weekend, City might briefly take the top spot when they face Fulham, before Arsenal clashes with Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Expressing his views on Monday Night Football, Young mentioned, “I believe that if City secure victory in their additional match, they could potentially have a firmer grip on the title.”
He added, “Both teams are also set to encounter challenging opponents in the upcoming fixtures.”
