Port Harcourt Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, successfully captures an alleged internet fraudster in Rivers State’s Port Harcourt.
The individual under suspicion is known as Ali Desmond Chinedum.
Acting on reliable intelligence regarding his alleged involvement in online crimes, the EFCC apprehended Chinedum.
During the operation, officials seized several items from him, including an iPhone 11 Pro Max, a Redmi 12 android mobile device, two United States Navy identity cards bearing numbers 100040041245 and 100010041159, a Mercedes Benz GLK, an HP Laptop computer, and talismans.
The agency anticipates filing charges against him once the investigation reaches its conclusion.
