A cautionary statement from a high-ranking member of the Iranian Parliament, Abolfazi Amouei, alarms that Iran is prepared to employ an unprecedented weapon in its conflict with Israel.
Amouei emphasized the legitimacy of Iran’s response to Israel’s actions, asserting that Iran is seeking to prevent an escalation of tensions in the region.
In his address to the press, the lawmaker condemned Israel’s actions in Gaza for the regional instability.
He stated, “We are prepared to deploy a weapon that has not been utilized before. Our strategies encompass all potential scenarios, and our actions will be characterized by pragmatism and bravery.”
“Our stance conveys a message of peace alongside a state of readiness,” he added.
Amouei also called upon the United States to intervene by halting Israel’s assaults, considering it as the most effective form of support.
In response to the Israeli attack on Iran’s consulate building in Syria on April 1, Iran launched over 300 missiles and drones towards Israel last Saturday night.
During the Israeli operation, seven military advisors of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) were tragically killed.
