I would have created 5,000 Jobs in Anambra with Nollywood Film Village – Obiorah Agbasimalo, Labour Party Guber Aspirant

Labour Party Gubernatorial Aspirant in Anambra, Mr. Obiorah Agbasimalo, has highlighted his potential to create 5,000 jobs in the state with a proposed Nollywood Film Village. This announcement was made during the Onitsha Mega Rally held at the All Saints Cathedral field in Onitsha, Anambra state on Saturday, August 28, 2021.

Among the distinguished guests who showed support for Obiorah Agbasimalo were Nollywood stars such as Chiwetalu Agu, Chinyere Wilfred, Destiny Etiko, Steve Eboh, Victor Osuagwu, and Harry Bee.

As the President of Oga Ndi Oga Solidarity Movement, Agbasimalo expressed his commitment to addressing the challenges faced by the underprivileged in the society. He has also initiated various philanthropic activities, including the provision of interest-free loans for traders, artisans, and small to medium-scale business owners, as well as the establishment of educational and vocational skills scholarships.

Furthermore, Agbasimalo has been actively involved in women and youth empowerment initiatives, construction of community roads, and support for individuals with critical health issues. Additionally, he has implemented several poverty alleviation programs aimed at assisting widows and their families.
