In the upcoming second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final between Arsenal and Bayern Munich, ex-Arsenal star Theo Walcott anticipated a tough encounter for the Gunners.
Scheduled for Wednesday night at the Allianz Arena, both teams had a 2-2 draw in the first leg at the Emirates last week.
In an interview with Football Daily, Walcott acknowledged the difficulty Mikel Arteta’s team will face against their opponents on home turf.
Expressing his view, he stated, “They have a significant challenge ahead. Bayern may not have anticipated Arsenal’s strong performance at the Emirates, but with several players missing, I believe Arsenal will struggle. It will be a challenging game for me to watch.”
