Ferreira praises Brazilian talent Willian Estêvão, calling him a unique young player


Abel Ferreira, the manager of Palmeiras, emphasized the importance of retaining the talented Brazilian youngster, Willian Estêvão, at the club.

With just five appearances for the Serie A side in Brazil, the 17-year-old has already captured the attention of European clubs.

Referred to as Messinho or Estêvão, the young player operates as a winger for Palmeiras in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, under the guidance of the Portuguese coach, Ferreira.

Addressing reporters, the former Portuguese footballer stated, “I will personally request our president, Leila, to resist any temptation to sell Willian Estêvão. Regardless of any disappointments from his family or agent, I am adamant that he should continue with us until 2027.”
