It’s official – Ostersunds FK have welcomed Nigerian defender Onahi Abraham Ogbu to their team.
After a successful trial period, Ogbu has inked a two-year deal with Östersunds FK.
Hailing from Nigerian side Tiki Taka FC International, the 21-year-old now joins OFK’s squad.
Sharing his thoughts on this new chapter, the young left-back expressed his excitement on the club’s website, stating: “Becoming a part of ÖFK is truly thrilling. The team spirit here is exceptional, and I can’t wait to contribute towards our goal of returning to Allsvenskan. I am fully committed to giving my all.”
Sporting director Stefan Lundin also shared his enthusiasm about having Ogbu on board, commenting: “Ogbu has been training with us for a while now and has left a positive impression, both on and off the field. He is a solid full-back with great ball control and passing skills that will surely impress as we move forward.”
