EPL Game: Arsenal remembers Nigerian Schoolboy, Daniel Anjorin who tragically lost his life in London sword attack

During a recent Premier League match against Bournemouth, Arsenal honored the memory of Daniel Anjorin, a young Nigerian schoolboy.

Tragically, the 14-year-old Arsenal supporter was killed in a sword attack while on his way to school in Hainault, located in east London.

A suspect named Marcus Arduini Monzo, 36, has been arrested and charged with the murder of the teenager.

In a touching moment during the game at Emirates Stadium, the crowd erupted in applause in the 14th minute as a tribute to Anjorin, with the permission of his family, honoring his deep love for Arsenal.

Additionally, fans displayed a banner with the words “RIP Daniel” to pay their respects during the match.

Anjorin was a student at Bancroft’s School, where he was remembered as a “true scholar” known for his positive nature and gentle character.
