Enyimba has extended their best wishes to Finidi George, their technical advisor, for securing the position of the Super Eagles head coach.
The confirmation of Finidi’s appointment came from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Monday.
At 53 years old, Finidi will sign a year-long contract with the option for an additional year.
Enyimba expressed their joy regarding Finidi’s new role on their social media platform.
The club’s message said simply, “Congratulations to Finidi on his latest achievement.”
Last season, Finidi guided Enyimba to victory in claiming their ninth NPFL title.
