Enyimba’s technical adviser, Finidi George, has received congratulations from the association of Nigeria Premier Football League managers on his recent appointment as the head coach of the Super Eagles.
Secretary general of the association, Daniel Ogunmodede, who is also the head coach of Remo Stars, warmly welcomed the new addition to the Super Eagles coaching staff.
Wishing Finidi George success in his new role, Ogunmodede expressed his best wishes for the coach.
He wrote, “Greetings, MON,” on his X handle, extending the league club managers’ well wishes to the new Super Eagles coach.
“On behalf of the league club managers, we extend our best wishes to you, the NEW SUPER EAGLES COACH,” he added.
It is anticipated that Finidi will finalize a one-year contract with the possibility of an extension for another year.
The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, officially confirmed the appointment of the 53-year-old on Monday.
