The Thai Police reported this Friday that three teachers and three students have died and another fifteen people have been injured after a shooting at a secondary school north of Bangkok, in which the alleged perpetrator was also killed.
According to the report released by a police officer on the Police television channel on Facebook, two of the injured are in critical condition, without specifying whether they are students at the school, a prestigious Thai public institution.
The public broadcasting service, Thai PBS, also reports seven dead, including the suspect, and 15 injured.

The Thai Police said this Friday that the suspect in a shooting at a school in northern Bangkok died. “Authorities are taking control of the situation after an armed incident at a school in Nonthaburi (province northwest of Bangkok),” the Royal Thai Police said on its official Facebook account.
In another publication on the Police television station account, also on Facebook, the force reported that the suspect died, without specifying how, and that the area is being cleared.
Previously, the authorities had indicated that the suspect was inside the computer room of the educational center, identified by local media as the Debisirin Secondary School, located about 15 kilometers northwest of the Thai capital.
Thailand has a high rate of firearms per inhabitant and shootings are not unusual, with easy access to them for Army and Police personnel, and lax and outdated regulations for their acquisition by the civilian population.
